The Composite Code of Gondor and Arnor, a thematic collection of the Kingdoms' laws, ordered by the Council-General of 7535 and put into effect by the Codification Act of 7539. The Composite Code supersedes Statutes at Large, which organized laws by year of the Council which passed them, then by the order in which they were passed, e.g., II ACG 1 = the first act of the second Council-General (The Regency Act).
